But how come Bank Santander , Swiss Union Banque Prive , Man group to name a few could pass funds to such a company when there were more questions than answers? can we assume that backhanders, referral commissions etc were mightier than doing the homework! once again th Financial Industry and especially the regulators auditors professional groups reflect badly
