Megrahi and suggestions of a Deal? Please !
Libya’s role ever since there was a coup back in the 60’s has been about deals.
When we had theh IRA making deals through this centre what else was going. Like the reports in the late 80’s and 90’s that this specific route /flight was a mule run for certain criminal groups and that this explosion was part of a turf war!
Look at Colombia in the 80’s they did far worse to protect their turf, blowing up entire justice systems with the judges inside!
Why we know this whole case is much bigger than one old man, the supposed terrorist, and now leaked FBI letters saying how bad the British has been . Various smokescreens have gone up, and the way the Libyans mentioned trade , is all part of an embarrassment game-
and sadly the Americans probably have much more to answer for then they pretend otherwise not to know about this flight and what the Libyans still stand for. It is more than amusing to see Blair defend the regime on or through a special CNN interview.
Any interest for truth or a real debate- probably not! when Arms, Drugs ,Terror & more lies is on the table.
