So yes this administration is an accessory to this manipulation- and maybe in 8 years we will know the truth! High Oil has made a select group of global players very wealthy and independently very powerful thanks to the Global masses not being able to do anything ! so ANWR is an excuse for a few to make Billions Evidence ? if it was stirring in your face , you would claim it was make believe. As Republican politics here is a Brand like coca cola is a drink ! once attached you never wish to give up, well at nearly any cost! .
